Cancellation Policy

Once your order is shipped, you may refuse the package; however you will be responsible for the shipping charges. A restocking fee may be added upon Industeq discretion because the condition of the returned boxes significantly reduces the re-sale value of the returned products.

Payment Policy

Industeq Inc. accepts only US currency. Five types of payment methods are available:

We do not accept COD payment. Purchase Orders (PO) & net-terms are allowed only from government agencies, schools, and Fortune 1000 companies that are authorized and verified by Industeq.

CREDIT CARD Online: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover Card. Please read the Privacy & Security Statement for more details on secure credit card usage on the net. You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order.

CREDIT CARD via Phone: If you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number and other information on the Internet, we suggest you phone in to give us your credit card number for your order. We'll then charge your credit card manually.
We do ask for the V-code for validation for security reasons.

PRE-PAY with a Check: Pre-payment with cashier's check or money order is accepted. Once the order is placed either on-line or by phone and the total amount of your order is verified. Then mail the cashier's check or money order for the exact amount to us. We'll ship your products within 1-2 business days after the check is received. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment in 10 business days. Orders via Prepay w/ cashier's check are not confirmed until payment is received. Company Checks are conditionally accepted. Customers must contact our accounting / credit department to to check if they are qualified for this payment method. Although company checks are conditionally accepted, items will not be shipped until checks are cleared by the bank. We do not accept personal checks.

PURCHASE ORDER (PO): For Fortune 1000, corporate accounts, schools, and government agencies where Purchase Orders are required, you must complete the following processes:

  1. Fax or mail Industeq, Inc. a letter on your letterhead to formally request us to accept your purchase orders.
  2. REQUEST an application form and have it filled out, signed, and faxed back to us with your credit information and trade references; wait for us to check the credit information and trade references and verify your information. Please note that an account application may take 2 days ~ 2 weeks to complete. THIS TIME IS MOSTLY THE OTHER PARTY DELAY IN GETTING US THE REQUIRED INFORMATION NEEDED FOR CONFORMATION.
  3. Once verified and authorized, order on-line and fax a formal purchase order to us.

WIRE TRANSFER: We accept wire-transfer from anywhere. After you place your order, details about the wire-transfer process will be e-mailed to you. If you missed that e-mail, please call our office at 281-565-8600. We'll give you details on how to do wire-transfer over the phone. You must place the order first before calling for the transfer information. The total transferred must include shipping cost. The shipping cost may be adjusted for international addresses and overweight orders. Delay in shipping your order may occur if the wire-transfer received is different from the order total amount. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before shipping can take place.

Price and Tax Policy

Industeq is not responsible for any typographical error on the web site and reserves the right to change the prices of any item at any time.

If you see any price that lower than Industeq, please mention to us so we can offer a better competitive price! Industeq will sometimes need a competitors quote or previous invoice to justify.

The minimum order is $30 for on-line & phone orders. Orders below $30 are offered for counter sales only.

Industeq does not charge sales tax EXCEPT for Texas shipping addresses. The current tax rate is 8.25%. Both product, labor charges and shipping (freight, delivery, or postage) are also tax-ed according to State of Texas rules.

Re-sellers and tax-exempted identities who wish not to be charged with Texas sales tax can make tax exemption claims. Typically the State Of Texas will Exempt items for Manufacturing. Please see the State Of Texas Web site for further information.

You must fax a copy of resale certificate or tax exemption form to Industeq before the product is shipped to qualify.

OEM's, and or large-volume buyers are encouraged to contact us to get volume price breaks or open an account.

Privacy and Security Policy

Industeq is hosted by our own dedicated server with the leading security technology in the industry on the Windows 2008 Server platform. Your order with Industeq Inc. is secure, which means that your personal information and credit card number are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security. Since credit card and personal information is only entered on the Order Form, only the Order Forms and Shopping Basket are secure.

If you just don't feel comfortable with placing credit card numbers through the Internet no matter what, we would suggest to call us at 281-565-8600 to give us your credit card number over the phone. We would then charge your credit card manually.

Should you have any problem with your credit card charge, you can always depend on our prompt attention and service to resolve the problem. We are here to help You the customer.

Return for Credit Policy

We gladly accept returns if unused. First, you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part. Please give the specific reason for your return and condition of the item also if the item was put in service or not.

Second, properly pack the returned package in the original box or container along with a copy of the original invoice.

Note: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Parts returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund.

Sorry NO Returns after 30 days from the invoice date. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, can not have been damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee. Subject to final inspection by Industeq.

TIME LIMITS:
We guarantee 30-day money back for most items, except certain parts are not returnable but not limited too:

  • Dirty, Oily, Scratched, Bent items from mis-handling or temporary use.
  • Electrical/Electronic parts, Fuses, Contactors, Coils, Relays, Fans, Switches, PCB's, Motors, or any item that requires any voltage & current to operate.
  • Wire, Flexible Conduit, Tubing, Hose, Tape Scale, that has been cut to length or sold by inch or foot per customers order. Bearings, Special order items or one of a kind items or items directly imported from overseas.
  • Surplus items , discontinued products or closeout discounted items. These time limits do not offset in any way the warranty of the products. See Warranty Policy for more details.

OTHER LIMITS:
Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Labor charges and services are NOT refundable. Any physically damaged or defaced items are not refundable. Items with missing original manufacturer packaging materials, manuals. Restocking fees may be applicable to certain items.

Credit and refunding may take 1-14 business days to confirm and complete after the goods are received.

Shipping Methods and Policy

Most stock items are normally shipped the same business day for orders placed before 1PM CST, paid with credit card without complication and except weekends. Exceptions to this policy are heavy items.

Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.

Industeq Inc. offers several shipping choices to fit the customer's needs. We currently ship by UPS for a majority of shipments, If requested by the customer, Same day local shipping, FedEx, US Postal Services are offered as a alternative. We also encourage Walk-In Customers to our location. Large / Bulky items will be truck shipped by common carrier.

Industeq, Inc. will drop ship only by the discretion of Industeq.

UPS: The most inexpensive way to ship is by UPS Ground. UPS shipping charges are calculated in real time with UPS's web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Stafford, Texas, and the published UPS rates. A nominal charge could be added for the packaging materials ($0.25-$3 depending on package size), labor and handling ($1-5 per order), and insurance ($1-5 per order). Due to problems on our server and UPS's web site, the calculated shipping cost is occasionally, although rarely, wrong and Industeq Inc. reserves the right to correct such mistakes. Currently, this is affecting less than 1% of all the orders and the correction could be a decrease.

Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. UPS does NOT guarantee air delivery to residential addresses. Check the estimated UPS Ground delivery time before choosing a shipping method. Saturday delivery is available from UPS but is very expensive.

All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS. Industeq Inc. is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.

Regular UPS Customer delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7-5. We do not guarantee the arrival date of the packages. See UPS Map for an estimated arrival date.

Texas Customers: It usually takes only one business day (excluding Saturday) for UPS to deliver UPS Ground packages to most Texas locations from Stafford, with the exception of the panhandle area where it may take two days. Therefore, UPS Ground is sufficient for most Texas locations and it is not necessary to ship items with UPS Next Day Air, Two Day Air or Three Day Select services. You may save a significant amount of money on the cost of shipping. UPS does not guarantee delivery date by any shipping method to residential addresses. Nevertheless, we found that the one-day delivery by UPS Ground shipping was reasonably reliable to most Texas locations.

For Customers in neighboring states such as Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico; It usually takes UPS Ground only two business days (excluding Saturday) to deliver to those locations. Use your judgment if you want to take a chance and save shipping cost with UPS Ground or pay a little more with UPS 3-Day select that has a guaranteed 3-day delivery.

Customers wanting to use their UPS account must contact Industeq for instructions.

SAME DAY LOCAL SHIPING: Industeq will arrange for "Hot-Shot" service for the Houston Metropolitan Area only. Industeq does have the ability to do a "Delta-Delta" ~ "Counter/Counter" pick-up service for the Continental USA but only by the decression of Industeq. A service fee will be applied.

US POSTAL SERVICES: At this time, we use Postal Services (EMS) only for shipping to overseas unless specified by customer.

FEDERAL EXPRESS: Industeq only uses FedEx for larger packages or if specified by the customer. We will accept for use of customers FedEx account.

NON-CONTINENTAL USA ADDRESSES: Yes, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands addresses, using UPS Air (Next Day or 2nd Day) or FedEx. Our online shipping calculation may be wrong for these addresses, and manual correction may be required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Sorry no Online ordering is available Outside the the US. only to US addresses including HI, AK, PR, GU, and VI . We do ship to all other countries/regions provided that the customer prepays the order, including all shipping expenses. Customers are responsible for duties if any. Shipping charges for international destinations outside North America are quite high and must be prepaid. Our online shipping calculation may be wrong for international shipping and manual correction may be needed. Please call to confirm as some out of country e-mail addresses may be marked as "Spam" and not reach us.

DROP SHIPPING: To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer or our distributors to our customers. We call this type of shipping "drop shipping". Unfortunately, we currently do not provide online tracking for drop shipped packages. The customer needs to call us if tracking is necessary. Industeq Inc. does not adjust the shipping cost to customer's orders because of the change in shipping distance as a result of the drop shipping.

WALK-IN CUSTOMERS: Yes we do allow customers to place their order or to pick up. We also accept "Hot-Shot" pick up by a confirmed 3rd party.

Warranty Policy

Workmanship
Items installed by Industeq at customers facility will have a 1 year workmanship warranty on products starting from the invoice date. Shipping Costs Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested in which the cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer.

Manufacturer Warranty
Most of all Industeq product have a "Manufacture Warranty" covered by either Industeq or the Manufacture. Since most all parts that Industeq sells is of a "Industrial Application" the time of warranty is typically only 30 days. Some Manufactures like "Sony" have up to a 3 year warranty for workmanship.
